Penny
Resident Cat
In Loving Memory of Penny
2009-2026
It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we remember our deeply loved clinic cat, Penny.
Penny was so much more than a clinic cat. She was the heart of Ilderton Pet Hospital and a cherished part of our IPH family. Over the years, she touched the lives of countless staff members, clients, and patients with her sweet presence and unmistakable personality. Her paw prints will forever remain on our hearts.
Words cannot fully express the grief of saying goodbye to such a special soul. While our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Penny is no longer in pain. We like to imagine her running freely over the Rainbow Bridge with arthritis-free legs, her beloved pouch happily swinging back and forth, an endless supply of Catit treats, and warm, sunny spots to nap in all day long. We know she has been reunited with so many familiar friends who were waiting to welcome her.
To everyone who loved Penny throughout her years at IPH, thank you. Every cuddle, treat, kind word, and moment of affection helped make her life so incredibly special. She was loved deeply, and she knew it.
Our clinic will never quite feel the same without her. We will miss seeing her curled up in her favourite spots, hearing her little sounds, and simply knowing she was there. But Penny’s presence will live on in every corner of IPH and in the memories of everyone fortunate enough to have known her.
She will always be part of our family, and she will never, ever be forgotten.
Run free, sweet Penny. We love you always.
