Veterinary Assistant

Emily joined the IPH team in August 2026! She grew up in St. Marys and was an avid hockey player, earning a scholarship to Wilfrid Laurier University, where she pursued a degree in Kinesiology. After graduating, she worked as a Physiotherapist Assistant before realizing her love for animals was calling her toward a career in veterinary medicine.

Emily is a proud mom to her little boy and shares her home with her husband, two Bernese Mountain Dogs, Bailey and Miller, and two cats, Moonpie and Mac.

When she’s not at work, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, getting outdoors, and exploring the countryside. She’s excited to continue learning, growing, and building her skills in the veterinary field!
