Receptionist

Jaime is the newest addition to our Reception team and joined IPH in August 2026! She has had a lifelong love of animals and has been working in and out of the veterinary field since 2014. She loves helping pets and their families feel comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for.

Jaime has been fostering rescue dogs since 2012 and also enjoys boarding and babysitting them. Her background as a PSW has given her a strong foundation in compassion, patience, and caring for others.

Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, making memories and going on adventures together. She is also a proud dog mom to Xena, their 9-year-old Chinese Crested, who has a big personality and is a very special part of their family.

When she’s not busy with her family or animals, Jaime loves attending concerts, listening to music, and getting creative with crafting.

We’re so excited to have Jaime join the IPH team and look forward to seeing her bring her love of animals, caring nature, and experience working with people to our team!
